LV Thomas' lived experiences, spanning over three decades in the criminal justice system, have equipped him with the expertise to understand firsthand the unique challenges men and women face when reintegrating into their communities. LV has served as a Case Manager, Career Specialist, Lead Job Developer, Program Coordinator, Program Supervisor, and a Certified Offender Workforce Development Specialist. His experience and education enable him to provide individuals with the tools for self-empowerment as they transition back into society and acquire industry-recognized employment skills.
Dawn Brooks-Thomas, MSW, brings over 25 years of experience in providing support for the justice-involved. Dawn's expertise includes Case Management, Counseling, Mentoring, and Advocacy for individuals dealing with mental health challenges. Their combined experiences, education, and passion motivated them to create "On My Grind Re-entry Services Inc." Their carefully tailored, evidence-based program holistically addresses the unique needs of justice-involved individuals.
On My Grind's mission is empowering justice-involved individuals to overcome barriers and build meaningful careers. We provide tailored job readiness training and comprehensive support services. Through holistic development, skill-building, and strategic guidance, On My Grind equips individuals with tools and mindset for sustainable success and confident reintegration into society.
